Join the Artist Co-Op Monday, Feb 3rd from 7-9pm for a cross-section of what’s happening now in music in New York City, curated by composer/performer Elaine Romanelli.

Featuring:

Christine Lavin: “Poignant and hilarious” (NY Times) nationally touring acclaimed singer/songwriter

David S. Goldman: Award-winning world music guitarist and singer (Carnegie Hall, Irvington Town Hall Theater)

Dax Dupuy and Nerve Project Theatre Company: classically structured, bravery-centered musical theater

Erato A. Kremmyda: musical theater composer (Johnathan Larson grant, Fulbright scholar)

Irene Sankoff and David Hein: musical theater lyricist-composer writing team (Come From Away, My Mother’s Lesbian Jewish Wiccan Wedding)

Julie Brown: Composer, vocalist, and a cappella artist (Lincoln Center, Central Park Summerstage)

Come a few minutes early to toss your name in the hat to perform in the open mic after the break!

Music Jam host Elaine Romanelli sings, tours, teaches, and writes music and lyrics. Recently she got to sing on syndicated radio (‘Folkstage’ in Chicago), stream online with author Deepak Chopra to his 2 million followers, and once she even got to sing in an amphitheater in Greece.
